Felix Cartal tagged this latest mix of his as #vibey, and I'm not going to argue with that. I like his take on this Rihanna tune and it's much more low-key than a lot of his other stuff but still shows off his skillz. There's a good beat in there and I like how he breaks up the ooh oooh oohhh's. I'm into it.

I didn't really think a song could get any better when it consists of the  delicious duo of Shakira + Rihanna, but Fedde Le Grand clearly takes it to the next level. He has been at it for quite awhile, laying his foundation in house music with the wonderful "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit."  Released yesterday, his strictly electronic instrumental track "Don't Give Up" masters the slow build and explodes from there to give us a kick in the pants to get up and dance.

Electronic producer/remixer/DJ 20syl continues to impress me with his latest remix of Schoolboy Q's The Purge. I don't think I could have ever envisioned this song to be any better than it is by 20syl. This guy just makes over tracks by adding his own astounding flair that, in my opinion, improves them tenfold. Honestly, these kind of remixes bring something entirely new to the table in terms of what "electronic" is by magnifying the effects but in a way that feels completely natural.
